Our manufacturing process at SKIPPER
From the first idea to the finished undershirt, we focus on carefully selected materials, precise workmanship and a high standard of quality. Here we show you how our undershirts are made.
Carefully selected materials
We work with selected fabric suppliers. Our undershirts are made of 100 % cotton or of cotton with elastane. They are certified to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 (certificate 22.HDE.34580): all components, from the fabric and the sewing thread to the neck print, are tested for harmful substances.
Cutting and sewing in partner factories
Our undershirts are cut and sewn in selected partner factories with which we share long-term, strategic partnerships and close collaboration. Our site team is permanently present there and oversees production directly on location.
Quality control in production
At SKIPPER, quality is not something that only happens at the end, but throughout the entire production process. For this we rely on an established quality system: every production line has its own quality control.
Packed in paper
For our packaging, we deliberately choose paper instead of plastic. This is how our undershirts make their way to you.
