We offer a 30-day return policy. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their quality, properties and functioning.

You can initiate the return in your order overview.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without a first request for a return will not be accepted.

refunds
You will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Returns

Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and – if possible – in their original packaging.

How to return an item

1. Register your return via our returns portal.
   
2. Pack the items securely and place them in the shipping package.
   
3. Send the return to the specified return address.
   

After receiving your return, we will check the goods as quickly as possible.

Refund

As soon as your return has been received and checked by us, the refund will automatically be made using the original payment method.

Please note that processing by your bank or payment service provider may take an additional few business days.

Exchanges

Direct exchanges are currently not possible.

If you would like a different size or color, simply return the original item and then place a new order.
